Dr. Elise Kuykendall joins the PHP team!
We’d like to give a warm PHP welcome to Elise Kuykendall, DO. She has joined our Northwest Oklahoma City team, located in our new building at 3809 NW 166th St, Suite 4, Edmond, OK, 73012.
With more than a decade of experience in preventive medicine and helping patients of all ages, Dr. Kuykendall believes in a compassionate, fully-present approach to care. She celebrates the direct primary care model because it allows her to do what she does best – take care of her patients and partner with them in every facet of their healthcare journey.
