Dr. Corey Chamness brings warmth, positivity, and a personal touch to every patient encounter. With over two years at PHP, she loves building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and helping them take an active role in their health and well-being. Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Chamness is passionate about providing personalized care that focuses on what matters most to her patients—without the constraints of insurance bureaucracy.
A native of a small Oklahoma town, Dr. Chamness has always been drawn to serving her community. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in Biochemistry from the University of Tulsa and earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at OSU Medical Center and spent the first seven years of her career at St. John Clinic, serving the Tulsa and Broken Arrow communities.
At PHP, Dr. Chamness enjoys the direct primary care model, which allows her more time and access to her patients in a relaxed, patient-centered environment. She provides care for the entire family, with special interests in women’s health, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and testosterone therapy.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Chamness cherishes time with her husband and two children, enjoys traveling, online shopping, and is an active member of her church.
